Hoe werkt de inkoop?

Hoe snel ontvang ik mijn geld?
In de regel controleren wij binnen 1–2 werkdagen na ontvangst. De uitbetaling volgt daarna meestal binnen 1–2 werkdagen (doorlooptijd bank kan variëren).
Hoe zit het met de verzending?
De verzending is gratis: je ontvangt een gefrankeerd verzendlabel per e-mail. Verpak het toestel stevig (doos + opvulmateriaal) en leg het ordernummer in het pakket.
Moet ik mijn toestel eerst resetten?
Ja, verwijder a.u.b. je persoonlijke accounts (iCloud/Google/MDM) en – indien mogelijk – reset naar fabrieksinstellingen. Dit beschermt je gegevens en voorkomt activeringsvergrendelingen.
Wat als de staat niet klopt?
Als de opgave afwijkt, ontvang je een tegenbod met onderbouwing/foto's. Je kunt accepteren of retourverzending kiezen. Voor retourverzending brengen wij een forfaitair bedrag in rekening. (Beslissingstermijn: 7 dagen.)
Welke toestellen kopen jullie in?
Wij kopen de toestellen in die in het inkoopformulier te selecteren zijn (bijv. smartphones, tablets en smartwatches van gangbare fabrikanten). Het beschikbare aanbod kan per model variëren.
Hoe lang is de prijs geldig?
De getoonde prijs is 14 dagen gereserveerd voor je geselecteerde configuratie – onder voorbehoud van toestelcontrole. Bij afwijkingen (bijv. blokkade/defect/andere staat) kan de prijs wijzigen (tegenbod).
Is de inkoop veilig?
